The manpower is trained by a JCO level staff that is regarded as a Junior Commissioned Officer in the Indian Armed Forces.Administrative work is carried out in the head/branch office. With the help of the manpower mentioned in the above diagram and along with certain security equipment we deliver secured environment to our clients day and night. Each and every person mentioned above has a unique profile and a different set of duties and responsibilities to perform.We would like to give you a brief introduction of these duties and responsibilities affiliated to different job profiles.

Supervisors

Supervisor and head guard have more or less the same duties and responsibilities but these two have to be separate profiles on big sites where the nature of work is more demanding. Supervisor remains on the site continuously to supervise the security guards in their duties and also to ensure that each and every guard/gunman is deployed at the correct checkpoint and patrolling is being done at regular intervals.

Security Guards
	Security guard is the main person who keeps a close watch, patrols the premises, checks the key points, remains alert throughout , and secures everything on ground by thorough checks and routine inspections and informs the supervisor in case of any serious event.

Gun Man
	Gunman is basically a security person having a gun license. The duties are same as of any security guard but the responsibility is much higher, as he possesses a fire weapon at his disposal which has to be used on very discreet and deliberated decision and only in case of a harsh severity.

Head Guard
